How PureScape handles information you share through this website.

Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address, whether the property is residential or commercial, your preferred contact method, and any notes you include.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule service, and communicate with you about your service.
Where it's kept
Quote requests are stored securely with Microsoft Azure in the United States and emailed to the PureScape team. If you give an email address, we send you a copy of your request. We keep requests until they're moved into our customer records.
Spam protection
To prevent spam, we limit repeated submissions using a one-way scrambled version of your network address. We don't store the address itself.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting and business software, and only as needed to serve you.
